Accommodation at The Roxburghe

The Roxburghe Hotel is recognised as one of the most relaxed and friendly country house hotels in Scotland. Our 22 bedrooms have been carefully designed to let you relax in comfort, elegance and luxury, many individually designed by the Duchess, a designer in her own right.

The Main House of the hotel holds 16 rooms, including 3 easy access rooms on the ground floor. A further 6 rooms are located in our courtyard, which is less than 200 metres away from the main Hotel entrance. Our accommodation includes Classic, Deluxe, Feature Four Poster and 2 Suites. All rooms are en suite and some rooms have log fires. They are all furnished with care and elegance, fully equipped with flatscreen TV and satellite channels, ipod stations and wifi.

Kennels are available adjacent to the hotel for your four legged friends, or they are welcoming in the Courtyard rooms.

Duchess Suite

A luxurious and spacious suite overlooking the lawns of the hotel featuring an open log fire and many other original features in the bedroom and generous bathroom. The Duchess Suite was the original master bedroom of the house and includes the original wooden bench seat toilet that was restored when the suite was refurbished.

Woodside Suite

Designed on three levels, situated in the Courtyard's clock tower, this suite includes a sitting room with sofa bed on the ground floor and a staircase leading up to the four poster bedroom. This leads to a few steps taking you to a separate dressing room and bathroom.

The Courtyard

Adjacent to the hotel and amongst our beautiful gardens you will find our contemporary styled, flexible Courtyard accommodation.

With direct access to the hotel courtyard and just a few steps away from the Golf Clubhouse, these rooms are very popular with sporting guests, golfers and families.

Dogs are permitted in Courtyard Rooms only. Any guests staying in the Main House
are welcome to utilise the enclosed kennels
