When it comes to small corporate gatherings, private dining or business, the Roxburghe Hotel & Golf Course has a lot to offer and will provide the setting for a very successful occasion.

This Scottish country house hotel is well known for good food featuring local produce skillfully prepared by our chef and his team. Set within a wooded estate on the banks of the Tweed with its own championship golf course this is a dream destination for any company or business group looking to inspire staff and colleagues while keeping an eye on the budget.

Add world-class fishing, clay shooting and an enthusiastic team of dedicated staff and professionals and you have one of the best small corporate venues in the south of Scotland.

Owned by the Duke of Roxburghe, the hotel is around 1 hour 20 minutes’ drive from Edinburgh, close to the market town of Kelso. With 22 bedrooms, three meeting rooms and and four choices for dining areas, we are confident that we can accommodate groups of between 15 and 50 in elegant and relaxing surroundings.

PRIVATE DINING & FOOD EVENTS

We are well versed in the requirements for Private Dining. Whether your requirements are for lunch or dinner, our kitchens will provide impressive and appetising menus to suit your guests and the occasion.

ACTIVITIES

A wide range of activities are available on the Roxburghe Estate including fishing, golf, archery, clay pigeon shooting, croquet, falconry, mountain biking and horse riding. We also have some unique offerings to enhance your event such as hawk walks, owl encounters and the ultimate falconry adventure. The Roxburghe even has a small beauty treatment salon with specialist treatments and therapists on request.

PRESENTATION EQUIPMENT

Video or data projection equipment, whiteboards, lecturns or other presentation equipment are available by arrangement.

NON-RESIDENTIAL DAY DELEGATE RATES

Our non-residential Day Delegate Rates range from £35.00 to £45.00 per person, per day inclusive of:

One serving of morning tea/coffee and biscuits
Two course lunch or buffet in Private Room, the Restaurant or Library Bar
One serving of afternoon tea/coffee and biscuits
Table accessories including writing pads, pens, water and cordials
VAT

RESIDENTIAL DELEGATE RATE

Our residential 24 Hour Delegate Rate is from £171.00 to £185.00 per person, per night inclusive of:

Overnight accommodation in a classic room for single occupancy (there is a supplement for deluxe, feature and suite)
Three course dinner served either in Private Room or the Restaurant
Full Scottish Breakfast
Meeting room hire
One serving of morning tea/coffee and biscuits
