
'FAIRWAYS at the ROXBURGHE'
We are delighted to announce the launch of our Country Bistro "Fairways at the Roxburghe".
With an exciting fresh Border's country style menu, created by the Roxburghe's own Executive Chef Mark Swinney. The menu focuses on local fayre with a mixture small dishes such as flat breads and baguettes which can be enjoyed by golfers as a quick bite after a day on the course as well as offering hot meals such as Cullen Skink, Lamb Hot Pot and Tweed Kettle for a larger meal after a walk in the estate.
The Fairways at the Roxburghe will be open from 9am – 5pm daily and looks forward to inviting golfers, hotel guests and passers-by to come and enjoy the views over the Fairways whilst enjoying a bite to eat.
